Update on CommCare HQ Slowness: Dear users, our engineers have been monitoring and investigating the system for the root cause of the slowness that is being experienced during peak working hours in the Asia / Africa time zones. We have narrowed down to a suspected root cause and are working to eradicate this slowness. While the performance of the server has been a bit better over the last few days, there have been pockets of times where there have been spikes in slowness. Therefore, you may occasionally experience an error while trying to download your exports, or may encounter the maintenance page while trying to load a heavy page (usually a very large application). We apologize for this issue and once again thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this very challenging problem.

CommCare HQ - Data Exports Issue: Dear CommCare HQ users, we are currently experiencing issues with data exports. You will notice a 500 error page when trying to download an export after it has been generated. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and our engineers are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
