  • Messages sent via the Chat Window will be available via the Messaging Log like all other messages.
  • Only mobile workers with verified phone numbers and cases that have a phone number specified  (Registering a Case Contact) will appear in the list of contacts. 
  • This feature is currently designed to only be used by projects where administrators and SMS chat users are the same individuals.  These is no permission specifically for the chat window functionality vs. controlling all SMS content.  Administrators with chat access also have access to edit, create, and delete conditional alerts.
  • Search is not optimized for thousands of cases, this feature is intended to be used by projects with small case loads.
