Overview

The CommCare Baseline Survey or "Getting Started" document is used as a brief way to gather critical information before you start your project. 

After your first kickoff call with a partner, you can use the survey online with your partner. It outlines:

• project needs
• expected outcomes
• expected difficulties 
• staffing
